Techcelerator, cel mai activ accelerator din România pentru startup-uri de tehnologie desfășoară timp de zece săptămâni, până în luna martie, a doua ediție a NEXT FinTech, program de accelerare derulat cu sprijnul Google for Startups, GapMinder BV, Stripe, Seedblink, TechAngels, Asociația RoFintech, Romania Tech Startups Association – ROTSA.
Programul a debutat în 25 ianuarie și până în 25 martie va include opt module de mentorat intensiv: vânzări, matchmaking cu instituții financiare din regiune, marketing de produs, strategii de tranziție către piața internațională și pregătirea pentru atragerea de investiții, matchmaking cu investitori și fonduri de investiții.
Startup-uri din țări precum Armenia, Bulgaria, Grecia, România, Ungaria, Polonia, Serbia, UK, Kazakhstan sau Africa de Sud s-au înscris în program cu echipe consolidate și cu produse digitale fezabile pentru extindere internațională.
Au fost deja selectate 10 startup-uri FinTech și SaaS din Bulgaria, Grecia, România, Marea Britanie și Armenia, cu MVP gata de lansare sau în faza de testare beta.
Acestea sunt: BankSpot, Boleron, Credify, Infin8 Applications, Prime Dash, Solo Fintech, SPIN Analytics, Text’ Pay Me, Vestinda și Zanumi.
Cele opt module de mentorat intensiv sunt desfășurate cu sprijinul a peste 21 de mentori regionali și globali – experți și investitori din domeniul bancar, business development, reprezentanți ai furnizorilor globali de tehnologie, ai unicornilor FinTech din Europa. Printre aceștia se numără: Bogdan Ciobanu – Segment Head for CE Cluster, Citi Commercial Bank, Suleiman Arabiat – Senior Investment Manager, Elevator Ventures, Sergiu Neguț – Co-Fondator FintechOS, Mike Parsons – CEO Qualitance, Irina Leca –Product Marketing Manager Google, Monica Sibișteanu -Head of Content&Community Monese, Petr Baron – CEO TBI Bank, Veselina Markova – Fintech Lead, Eleven Ventures, Valeri Petrov – Partner, Eleven Ventures și Ian Scarffe – Expert at the European Commission – Horizon 2020.
Astfel, NEXT FinTech devine cel mai extins și aplicat program de bootcamp-uri și workshop-uri dedicat startup-urilor din fintech, care primesc comprimat și eficient, de-a lungul programului, mentorat pornind de la identificarea și înțelegerea pieței vizate și până la accesarea de parteneriate cu bănci și jucători regionali și globali din FinTech și tehnologie. În plus, startup-urile cu tracțiune comercială sunt expuse partenerilor programului pentru atragerea rundelor de investiții de tip pre-Seed și Seed.

10 startups from five countries, chosen for the second edition of NEXT FinTech, the most extensive acceleration program dedicated to fintech and SaaS startups

Techcelerator, the most active accelerator for technology start-ups in Romania, is running, for ten weeks, until March, the second edition of NEXT FinTech, an acceleration program developed with the support of Google for Startups, GapMinder BV, Stripe, Seedblink, TechAngels, RoFintech Association, Romania Tech Startups Association – ROTSA.
The program started on January 25th, and, by March 25th, it will include eight intensive mentoring modules: sales, matchmaking with financial institutions in the region, product marketing, transition strategies to the international market and preparation for attracting investment, matchmaking with investors and investment funds.
Startups from countries such as Armenia, Bulgaria, Greece, Romania, Hungary, Poland, Serbia, UK, Kazakhstan, and South Africa have joined the program with consolidated teams and digital products feasible for international expansion.
10 FinTech and SaaS startups from Bulgaria, Greece, Romania, the UK and Armenia have already been selected, with MVPs ready to launch or in beta testing.
These are: BankSpot, Boleron, Credify, Infin8 Applications, Prime Dash, Solo Fintech, SPIN Analytics, Text ’Pay Me, Vestinda and Zanumi.
The eight intensive mentoring modules are conducted with the support of over 21 regional and global mentors – experts and investors in banking, business development, representatives of global technology providers, FinTech unicorns in Europe. Thus, NEXT FinTech becomes the most extensive and applied program of bootcamps and workshops dedicated to fintech startups, which receive compressed and efficient mentoring throughout the program, starting from the identification and understanding of the target market and accessing partnerships with regional and global banks and players in FinTech and technology. In addition, start-ups with commercial traction are exposed to program partners to attract pre-Seed and Seed investment rounds.
